Don’t Try The Ramen!!! Ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen on its seasonal menu and had one of my worst Ramen experience ever. To be fair, the restaurant looks nice and is a in a great location of Easton. Just the Ramen itself is so disappointing. The noodle was made already before the ordering, so the staff just add Tonkatsu soup on top of the cold noodle. The soup flavor has nothing to do with Tonkatsu aka pork broth and I can tell the soup is from some powder, not a bone broth. Then the staff seems not trained to make this Ramen as a gentleman has no idea what ingredients should be added to the Ramen. A lady helped him as they have a cheat sheet in front of them. Finally, they assembled the Ramen and just like the picture. It costs $14.5 and taste like a hot and sour soup noodle. To be honest, the Tonkatsu Instant Ramen from Costco literally next door tastes better. The pork chashu tastes as hard as rock and has nothing close to tender. The portion of this Ramen is very much like a French fine dining. I won’t call this a Tonkatsu Ramen and they have so much room to improve before they charge that price. Make sure your team is well trained before adding some cool new item to your menu, otherwise you are damaging your own reputation.
No wasabi?!?!? How can you eat sushi with out wasabi ? Yes there is a sign but I don’t read all the signs , I go in to sushi place it’s normal to have wasabi ..
Tried their custom rice bowl and it was fantastic.
I ordered the spicy salmon poke with basically everything on it. I got all the way back to work and noticed my bowl had rice, peppers, and salmon. That's it. The only other thing in the bag was some soy sauce and my side of miso soup. None of the additional things that were supposed to be on it were in the bag. I would have been a little less angry if they forgot one or two things. But to forget LITERALLY EVERYTHING? No way.
I really liked this place. The people were friendly and my food was really good. It's serves as a 'create your own roll' place. There are the typical rolls that are the norm, or you can choose your ingredients. Also, I was able to split my order and get two types of roll in one. I got a salad also. It seemed pretty fresh but I didn't care for the dressing. There are different types of fountain drinks too. The pricing seemed normal to slightly high, but my roll was a good size. I can usually eat a lot of sushi but I was full after this one, which was nice. I liked this place and I would definitely return.
My husband and I are first timers….immediately walking into your restaurant we was greeted with friendly smiles! Explained that it’s our first time here and asked for recommendations… Kandy Flores, Alan Diez, Sabina Gajmer, and Angelina Rodriguez was VERY THOROUGH, KNOWLEDGEABLE and spoke with so much passion! It’s very refreshing and shocking to have the level of customer service my husband and I experienced today dining in at Fusiam. This is a team you should have on standby when opening new locations across the U.S for training!
I always get the shrimp tempura. I love picking out all my toppings. The ultimate custom sushi restaurant.Food: 5/5
The food here is really good! I had a crab bowl with a kale and rice base and tons of different toppings and sauces. Great portion size for a reasonable price. We got recommended by people in the area to try this place and they were right. Tons of make your own options with many different protein choices. Very filling and tasteful lunch.
I have to say had one of the best customer service experiences ever visiting this branch of FUSIAN. The staff was super friendly, Josh in the management team was going around asking everyone if they needed anything. We started chatting with him that turned into a very pleasant 10-20 min conversation. Overall we love eating here, the food is very tasty, serving is super quick, pricing is very affordable.
Gross waste of money! They messed up my order so that was my first red flag. They cut the salmon into thick long pieces and the quality of it is terrible. This was my first time trying this place and I definitely wont be back.
