Niles is as professional and courteous as they come. Straight shooter with no hidden agenda. He did not try to push a product on us. We were able to take our time to make the best decision for us. They have always been helpful and friendly. You can find cheaper prices for service, but you will get much poorer quality of work. They have always done a good job with my bike and I will continue to use them for all my needs: parts , service , and if I ever have the money, sales. Anthony is amazing.

I walked in Sat afternoon about 10 mins before closing as we were driving by. Intention was to just quickly browsing for a waver-runner for the wife - Jody stayed a little later than closing not putting any pressure on and answered all her questions, we ended up buying that night even though I was fully willing to wait until Monday to finish the paperwork. To show even more customer dedication, Jody sweeten the matter by sending my wife back to house to get life-vest and another document we needed, while he and I trailered the new ski in his jeep to Gainesville Marina where we met my wife halfway to save time. I launched it and drove it home that night.

Jody was a great sales person to work with. Very knowledgeable about the multiple PWCs we looked at, during our compare and contrast session. Once we made our best offer we came to a final price quickly and easily. A very positive second time transaction for us.

It was a great experience working with Jody. He thoroughly explained the UTV I purchased. And helped me load my new machine when I took delivery. I would recommend Gainesville Motorsports to anyone. When I had a follow up issue it was handled immediately, quickly and courteously. Great job.
