RGR was recommended by a friend so I went there to have a couple of dirt bikes serviced. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome and the guys in the service department were very helpful. I left the bikes with them and received a call from Tate, the service manager, a few days later. He gave me a detailed estimate, and I gave him the ‘go ahead’. Within the time he specified, he called me back and said the service had been completed. It was within the price quoted, and they even through in a few extras at no charge! By the way, they don’t even sell the brand of these bikes! Tate personally delivered the bikes to my house because I was out of town. He secured both bikes and even put fuel stabilizer in them (at no charge) in case they sit for awhile! I couldn’t recommend them any higher and I’ll be going back and telling all my friends to go check them out.

My experience with RGR was very positive. I bought a new Polaris Ranger and really felt this team and the owner went above and beyond to not only give me a good deal but also offered a pleasant buying experience. The owner’s name was Tripp and he offered to personally deliver my Ranger and did so in a small window of time that my son was not home. We returned home from his soccer game and our beautiful new Ranger was parked in our driveway!! My son was so surprised and excited. I will definitely be calling RGR for my next purchase which I believe will be a Razor. Thank you RGR!!

Went in there today to talk about purchasing an ATV. There was maybe 1 customer in there other than me who was talking with the guy behind the counter. The 2 employees didn't even bother to look up and acknowledge us. We walked around looking at their ATVs in the showroom and then looked over to the guy behind the counter, who again, never even acknowledged us. We then walked outside to check out their lot inventory and then came back in...again, no acknowledgement as he continued to chat with someone at the counter. After waiting another few minutes we realized this was not the place we wanted to do business with........next.
