BMW, Ducati, and Husqvarna Motorcycles of Atlanta

This is the second BMW I have purchased, but the first from these guys. I wanted to buy the first one from Rick but we just couldn't find the right bike and make the deal work so I went elsewhere. But I remembered Rick and even told him I hoped to do business with him again in the future. Less than a year later, I saw Rick at the Atlanta Motorcycle Show and he remembered me. Long story short, I had gotten into dirt riding and was thinking about an ADV bike. Fast forward a few weeks and I now own a BMW Adventure bike. Rick was a pleasure to deal with. Very honest, no BS guy who I could relate to. I would definitely buy another bike from these guys.

They just completed service on my 2015 BMW C650 GT. The service and attention that they gave to my bike is outstanding. However, their commitment to customer service and making one feel as welcome as a family member is beyond reproach. They are the best BMW motorcycle dealership for both sales and service.

Great guys to do business with. I came all the way down from NC to pick up a Husqvarna 701 SM from Bobby. Dealing with the team was fast and easy. I had a small issue with the bike a few months later and they helped me out even with me being in NC. Great folks to deal with.

Bobby, Shantelle and the entire team took great care of me during this purchase. From the moment I reached out to pre-order the Vitpilen 701 from Bobby to the time it arrived on the dock I was kept in the loop. When I arrived to pick up the bike I was greeted kindly and taken care of immediately. The service department began the prep, registration and test ride while I did my paper work. A few minutes later I was escorted to the service bay where the beauty sat waiting for me. It was clear the team took care of the bike while it was in their possession. I was given a quick overview of the bike and Bobby pushed her out of the bay and gave me the key. You can't see the grin under helmet but its there. Y'all have a customer for life based on this experience. Please never lose sight of putting the customer at the center of everything you do!
