have bought 2 bikes from them, both times the whole process was made easy by the sales team. they always find a way to make sure you get what you want in a bike. the service team is super helpful and knowledgeable and do a wonderful job. Brian, the service manager there has always made sure I was able to get in and out with any service needs required without the stressful process that you will deal with in most service centers. josh installed all lights and upgrades to my bike with perfect results. my LED kit he installed as well and is seriously one of the most cleanest install I've seen. Thank you to the whole team of the Mountain Motorsports for making my experience nobody even that much better. My business will remain with this location

I'd been looking at a specific bike at other various dealers and was always given the runaround when it came to the final price and options. Lithia Springs happened to have this very bike. I gave Roscoe a call on a Monday before a business trip. He assured me he would take care of me. On Friday, I went by to give the bike a look. Roscoe showed me the bike and gave me exactly what I asked for without hesitation. By far, the best experience I've had dealing with cycles in the Atlanta area. Absolutely a 5* experience. Everyone from Roscoe to the accessories guys knew their stuff and didn't try to break my budget. If you're looking for a bike, give them a call. Edit: I had 2 items that needed attention after the sale, a missing side rack screw and an owner's manual. I worked for weeks with little help, call after call, to resolve these issues. I finally got the owner's manual after about 2 months of waiting. The side rack screw was a lost cause with each call having to explain what happened. The original sale was easy. If you expect good follow-up with them after the money has cleared, go somewhere else.
