High Pressure Sales with Higher Prices. Looked at a 2014 Soft Tail with 20K miles. Asked for a price because the salesman said it was about to be sold off to auction. He came back with $13,900, which despite me asking for out-the-door price, included some dealer fees that they acted like were incidental, sure I pay they get, which they never specified. I am sure they are at least $1,400 more based on other experiences. So, a bike that Blue Book has at $12,000, they want over $15,000 for. I told them that was too much. Then of course, you get the "well how much are you willing to pay" deal. I told them that we were just too far apart. While BB may be $12,000, I am looking for a deal, I can find private party sales for that bike with less miles around $10,000. Not going to argue with these guys about price. So, I got up, went to the bathroom before leaving. Come out of the bathroom and now not just two salesmen, I get the GM being introduced to me, trying to make a deal. I just walked by and said hi, but I am not interested. I think they think the more salesmen and higher titles they will convince me to buy that bike. It was not going to happen, so why waste time. As I am walking away, the salesman, says to me that I don't have to be "nasty". How unprofessional. I guess nasty means not doing as they want, not as I want. I told him I was not being nasty, they just wanted too much for the bike, which is consistent with BB. I ended up getting a Deluxe model used with 14K miles for $9K from a private party. Watch these Harley dealers. You'd think they would be more customer service orientated, since the product should sell the bike, not high pressure and higher prices. HD, you should police your shops better and make sure you don't have "used car" salesmen there.

Parts Dept. Wayne, I would give him 10 Stars. This man knows his stuff and will share his knowledge with you. Goes above the call when looking for a part. I have a 30 year old bike which it seems all the parts are becoming harder and harder to find. Not only Wayne, but everyone really has a good attitude and seem sincere about wanting to help. Good clean store. No doubt I will be back in there.
