Great experience! I walked in 30 min before they closed. I walked in to the wrong door to the service department. I spoke to Phil in services. He was more than happy to walk me up to the floor and tell me all about the Fat Bob, fat boy, and sport glide. He spoke to me about the performance upgrade and differences between the new 2018 lineup. Then Anthony from sales showed up and he was as helpful as Phil. Not only that the he talked to me in depth about the bike and spent some time figuring out my style of riding. Even though I arrived late and they were about to close. Anthony took me for test drive and showed me how the Fat boy and sport glide feels. The color I want arriving next week, so I am going back. I am getting my HD from these guys. I learned a lot today and I think I need to learn more. That is how dealership should be! They got my business.

Everytime I have my 2016 street glide worked on they break it . Except the last time. They dropped it on its side in the trailer. It flopped around like a fish for 2 hrs. On its side ( the saddle bags and the lower ferrings) scratching it badly. Causing who knows what damage to the engine . Also pushing the exhaust into the head which they accept no responsibility for. So they call me 2 days after my bike gets there to tell me they dropped it and they would only be painting one side . Just the bags and ferrings. Which my answer was I dont want one brand new looking saddle bag and one brand new Lower. At least paint both bags both ferrings . To which they lost their minds. Finally Penny the manager after several conversations decided to do so.so after 2 weeks of being at their shop they tell me it will be ready at 3 to 4 fri afternoon. Knowing I was leaving that night to head to Tenn on my bike. I literally sat there till. 7pm. As they were closing they bring my bike out. Locking the doors as they bring it out. Im Not making this up. They say while it is dark. At 7pm. In the late winter. So I said ok barely eve. Looking at the paint I was so upset and just tired of it. I get home 2 different colors the bags and the fender. Which they matched just fine when they picked the bike up at my house. But now they dont. So my exhaust starts leaking after I pick it up. So I have them come get it again. It's the maintenance package i purchased they come pick it up service and deliver it back . Anyhow . They picked it up a week and a half ago. They refuse to repaint the bags to make them match. The owner. Of HELL BENDER HARLEY DAVIDSON. As well as Penny the head manager and the shop manager Albert . They decide they will not help me what so ever. They will not paint the bags that they scratched and painted the wrong color. Keep in mind I purchased my bike from them . The maintenance package is only valid at their store. Which I will never walk in again. So I'm screwed out of that money as well. I purchased bars , tuner, 2 different exhaust. Which the first set of cfrs they messed up so bad I just bought a new 2 into 1 Vance and Hines pro pipe . They installed. And broke and took no responsibility for. They have done every service and every upgrade . I have been a loyal customer. They have broken my bike every single time I brought it to them . Most of the time was to fix what they broke and they end up breaking more . When I bought the v/h pro pipe they left off a bracket that holds the back of the pipe up. It dragged the ground . The told me they would fix that mess up. When they dropped my bike. In the trailer. They told me if they paint the bike. They would not fix the pipe. But after hrs of being on the phn with them they decided to do what they said since they failed to put a simple clip on during installation. The only thing I asked Penny, Albert and the owners was to make my bags match my bike li kne it did before they dropped it. Their answer was no. They are done . Because I accepted the bike at 7p. When they were closing and I was there since 3 pm with no ride . I got dropped off. At 3 because that's when they said to be there . By no means do I think this was to much to ask. I'm never going back . I almost want to sell my bike. Because I do not want to support a company that treats its customers in such a disrespectful and ugly manner. Run as fast as you can. Do not spend your money here . Warning

GREAT customer service. Everyone is sooo nice, helpful, and professional. They ensure that your experience in testing bikes and in purchasing is the BEST. The manager and Mark Marie are AWESOME!!!

Excellent!👌 They did good job and have incredible patience with me because of my deafness and willing to do more than what I expected! I encourage you riders to go there 👍

I got to say best service department I've ever been to that whole staff has turned around doing an outstanding job I want to thank everyone there for taking care of my baby my Street Glide I've been to many dealerships but not got the warm fuzzy feeling and great customer service that I did get out there thanks again guys keep up the good work
