My husband and I went and got our 15 year old daughter a kawasaki Z125 for her 🎂 present, Kyle M. was out salesman, he did an awesome job getting us the right price and he was very knowledgeable about all the features that were on the bike. He helped us before when we came down to get a bike service, he's very patient and just the type of person you would want if you don't know a lot about motorcycles. It's a good place to do business.We will be back!👍👍👍

For one of the first times I've ever been here the service department had more than exceptional service. The service writer had my wheel and tire done in less than an hour that's more than anyone has ever done with me at the entire location including the service department parts and sales. This communication was great and his presentation was even better. You need to teach the rest of your staff how to do this.

I would advise all bikers to avoid this place. They had my bike for two weeks and on the day that they told me to pick it up, it still was not ready (they said that it was still on the rack!). I’m praying that they didn’t forget to put something back together!🙏 To all of my fellow bikers in the Middle Georgia Coalition of Bikers, save yourself some time and anger and find somewhere else to take your bike!

I really don't like how these guys have been super aggressive and pushy about getting me to buy something when i've only been looking at an item for just minutes. The way they project themselves in their body language when trying to persuade me to make a purchase, it's like a classic intimidation tactic and only deters people from wanting to buy from you. I've felt pretty uncomfortable dealing with some of these guys. The atmosphere of this place just reeks of 'dude-bro' douchebaggery. Not going back there again.

I had a great experience here at Freedom Powersports McDonough! The staff was super friendly. I will definitely be back for future purchases.
