I was reading these comments & felt like I should post how I felt at this dealership. Everyone was very inviting & friendly I feel like everyone from the from Ray (mgr) to salesman Kurt (very juicy) asked me if they could help me find the right machine for me & my family. We did & would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an awesome experience while buying awesome toys!

I was refraining from posting a review, until my last visit. The first time I came here, I was seriously looking at a motorcycle, and I was going to take it home with me if I could, so I filled the paperwork out, filled the credit application out, and we were going to submit it, but the banks were closed. So the salesman asked if I’d like him to put it in overnight; I said no, I’ll come back tomorrow, or this weekend and we can finish the application. So the next day, while I’m at work, I get notifications and calls from Credit Karma, and LifeLock saying that Mountain Motorsports put a hard pull on my credit, so the salesman did this even though I said not to.
My second visit I had decided to try this dealership again and give them another shot. And this time I was walking around looking at the bikes and was seriously considering buying a bike this day as well. The manager was walking around asking everyone how they were doing, and if they needed help, and I was waiting for him to ask if I needed help; but when I looked at him and he looked at me, he just walked away. No one ever came to talk to me in a full hour of looking around. The only genuine/nice person in this dealership was the receptionist at the front door.
Beware of this dealership, they have good products at decent prices, but the salesmen are dishonest, and don’t care about anyone or anything but making a sale.

I just moved here and was looking to find somewhere to throw my money locally when I need things or want new toys. I walked in to look around and hopefully feel like the old shop back home. One person did say "hey" when I walked in and that was it. (Thank you) I know I can go to someone for help but no one asked if I needed help or said a single thing else as I searched for prices and stock on the riding shoes I really liked and tried on a few helmets. Chose to walk out and will find another place more welcoming, or at the least care to acknowledge I'm even there.

Excellent Service in Service Department!!:
I have to report on the more than excellent service and customer service I received this past week from the service department technicians and the Manager of the service department. I have needed to take my bike in for quite some time but when I would attempt to before, I would be told that it was going to be weeks before the work could be done. So I have let my bike sit all winter long. Well that changed this past week and today! I needed an oil change and to see if another issue would be covered by my warranty. The Manager, Andy, said he would get an answer for me. He went ahead and scheduled my oil change for the next day. When I took my bike in today for oil change, Andy had the answers I needed and the technicians and staff were very, very nice and helpful. If you have any issues, need to have some pricing or service done to your bike or off road vehicle, please reach out to Andy or one of the great staff members in his department. I promise you will get excellent and timely service! P.S. if you have had issues before, please give the department a new opportunity to make you a loyal and satisfied customer!! I know I am!!!!!! #IBelieve

I had a great experience. The staff are all friendly, helpful and go out of their way to satisfy. I truly recommend them and Trey!!!

Great place to get service done. Penny and Will provide great customer service. The mechanics will get your bike back up and running. Shout out to Reggie and the gentleman who sets up tires( think his name is TJ)
