Cycle World of Athens

My husband and I have never been big on cycle world because we own a ninja and not a Harley so we don’t buy Harley items. My husband went up there a few weeks ago and met Jennifer she helped him with his SENA even though he didn’t buy it there she still went over and beyond to help him get it fixed. So on our ride today we stopped in and were about to leave until we saw Jennifer so we stayed and bought myself a SENA. Jennifer is by far the ONLY reason we will ever go back!!!! She is so friendly and hilarious! She takes great detail in making sure the customer is happy! The best is you will not feel like just another customer with her! You are definitely missing out if you have not been introduced to her!!! 😊

I would like to thank the people at Cycle World of Athens. I was riding through Madison on May 1and I hit a brake caliper from a truck. It put a hole in my oil pan and I had to have it towed to Athens. They waited after closing so I could drop my bike off. I explained that I was leaving for Bike Week on May 4 and asked if they could get it fixed by then. They told me they would try if they could get the parts. I could not believe that they got me in and completed the repair on May 3. I cannot say enough good things about the people there who saved my vacation. I live almost 2 hours from there but will defiantly go out of my way to give them my future business. Thanks again to everyone at Cycle World.

Absolutely terrible. Horrible staff, they were so rude. Girl in the merchandise department with blonde hair had such a bad attitude. Sales department was not helpful either. They lost our business, and lost our family member, who was with us, business. Never spend a dollar here. Absolutely sickening. We will NEVER go back, and will continue to spread the word on how horrible our FIRST experience was. Wish I could rate ZERO stars.

Service is slow and don't care. Took my fourwheeler there two weeks ago. Just for first oil change service. I work close by and it's been cold so I was okay with it being there for two weeks. Issue is, it was done the next day I dropped it off and never received a call saying it was ready for pickup. I called up there and service said oh we didn't have a phone number to call. They have called me before when my atv was in for a recall. Had my address still and everything. But no phone number? They let it sit two weeks before letting me know anything. Terrible service and takes forever. Will be doing my own oil changes now and won't be purchasing products there anymore.

Racist! Just went in to get chain lube and got watch from the time i step through the door until the time i left. If you are a person of color you will get watched closely. To the tall white guy with ponytail just know all people of color dont steal! Will never spend money here again!
