Cutting so fast that son cut into flesh when cutting my toe nails and he didn’t think of apologizing or putting bandage on to keep it from getting infected. I eventually told him and had to request a bandaid. Also, they cut the toe nails straight across and two side angled cuts creates two points on each toe nail. I know this is a recommended way to do it but as a result, my 2nd toe nail would continually catch on my sock causing it to split. When I told him about it, Dr. Galbraith wanted to surgically remove the nail. I said no. It is on its way to healing now, I believe.

My experience with Frank Galbraith and his office was not positive. I visited on August 13, 2015 after a large dolly was dropped on my foot and I'd been experiencing pain ever since. Although he said he saw an "old" fracture in my X-ray, he thought my pain had nothing to do with that incident and injected me with cortisone. I came back a week later with no improvement and in fact, more pain. Again, he insisted it had nothing to do with the dolly incident, but suddenly said my fracture looked "new." When I questioned him on the contradiction he became defensive and said I could just wear a walking boot if I "thought that would help." I wore the boot for a month and decided to get a second opinion with an orthopedic surgeon. Low and behold, neither the surgeon or the physicians assistant could even find a fracture! They saw a damage to one of my joint bones (it had become angular rather than round and this was causing the pain), which required surgery.

Dr. Galbraith is very personable and his treatment of my foot problems has been good. However, his waiting room is uncomfortably crowded, I've had to wait for ridiculously long times (over an hour at one appointment and 45 minutes today when I was just picking up orthotics), and the receptionists are very rude and unfriendly.

I've been seeing Dr. Galbraith for foot problems for 25 years. He's done so much to help me. After a severe leg injury he diagnosed trouble in my foot no one else had seen. He's very professional, knowledgeable and his staff is super nice. I loved seeing his grand-daughter Leila this time - Dec 2016 - and would go back to either one of them for any foot care I need. The orthotics they make for me last longer than any I've ever had. I'm getting another set in January!

Coming here was a sigh of relief....I'm now confident that I'll be able to get back to life with no foot pain. Thank you.
