Extremely disappointed!! Arrived, at least, 20 minutes early to the appointment; but ended up waiting over an hour to be seen by the podiatrist! Dr Truong was in a big hurry to get the appointment over with and showed no sign of respect for the fact that I had waited for a long time. As soon as he got to the room, he started making recommendations based on the information transmitted to him by his nurse. The information was based on my description of my case. He did not even bother looking at my foot!! It seemed like his only concern was to sell me a number of products and get me to come back for several visits. He only looked at my foot when he asked if I had any questions, which I surely did, but he stopped asking if I had any more questions after the first two times, because he wanted to get out of that room. It was very ridiculously obvious in his gestures. I felt like he was not even fully listening to my questions as he would start answering even before I had finished my questions!! That's where he lost me. His recommendations seemed to be based on assumptions rather than facts and driven by making money rather than making sure the patient was receiving the proper service.
I did not want to judge the whole center by the lack of professionalism from the doctor, so I decided to go back, the same day, for an Essential Foot Facial. It was average. Not bad nor exceptional. However, I was surprised that it only lasted 30 minutes and I was charged $40 whereas their brochure specifies 60 minutes for $40!! I brought that to the attention of the receptionist and she took care of it by reversing the charge and making $20. It could be an honest mistake that happened on the wrong day!!
Their website claims that "Dr. Thomas Truong and staff will dedicate themselves in exceeding your expectations." My experience was the very opposite of that. They crashed the minimum of my expectations. A full waste of time and money!

Update: The new Dr I took my daughter to preformed surgery 2 weeks after this appt. I am so thankful I changed Dr's and found a amazing Dr to help us. She had a torn ligament for 10 weeks. When the Dr went in to repair the ligament was gone. None of the very expensive treatments that was offered by the foot center would have helped her
I have never felt so unwanted or looked down upon at a Dr office before. We felt that we were more at a sales pitch than a Dr's appt. I called toake sure the accepted our insurance and was told yes and made a appt for the same day. During the visit the Dr told us what he wanted to do for my daughter which included "their laser treatment, their insoles and their brace." My daughter has already been in a boot for 7 weeks with a ligament completely torn with no change. When I asked Dr if he treatment was covered by our insurance I was told no. I asked him what options for treatment we had that was covered by our insurance he said the nurse will talk to you about it. The nurse came in within a couple of mins with the brace and insoles. The state of art laser treatment that only they offer is over 500.00. and she would need it twice a week. The "our over the counter"insoles has the nurse said are 60.00. Also not covered by insurance. Lastly the brace which she said was covered by insurance was put on my daughter. Great a little something to hopefully help. Told to come back in 2 weeks. Was asked to sign a couple more papers. The first one was permission to bill insurance great no big deal, the other one a form stating the if insurance doesn't pay for brace I was responsible for the 180.00 for it. I asked if they were going to put on the paper that I was told it was cover by insurance and she said no I'm not going to write that on there. I told her I am not signing the paper to go ahead and bill insurance and once we knew it was paid for I would come pick it up. She said I can not bill until you leave with it. I said well I am not signing the paper. I was told I had to because my daughter already put the brace on. I said no I am not signing it. She said well I will have to talk to business manager. We'll they could not make me sign it but also refused to help my daughter with treatment. I will never go back and will be calling a new Dr tomorrow that is actually willing to help their patients not make a sales pitch for "their products"

I took my son here, and the staff was great. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is having any issues with there feet.

I felt that the appointment was very general information and the doctor wasn't really looking into my needs, rather running through as many patients as possible. My bill was absolutely outrageous priced too, so be prepared for at least a $250 bill (after insurance!) for a mere consult.
