They insisted I pay a bill wthout showing me the bill or confirming insurance calling the "manager" when I said I would need to see the bill first. That was then dropped. They said they'd have a knee walker available and it was on the pre-op paperwork, but the morning of the surgery at the hospital, they said they don't provide them--I'd have to find something on my own. They did not do any scar tissue or the surgery discussed, only taking about 40 minutes until the dr very briefly talked to us about what he did and did not do. Then they scheduled a post op in a different city and never mentioned the location change.
