Galvez Parking Garage

Great location, but be sure to read hours and to exit before it closes for most of the weekend. Otherwise, your car may be locked there until the garage re-opens on Monday at 5am. They should allow cars to exit at will.

DO NOT PARK HERE The attendants are rude. I had my parking validated by the DHH when I went there for a job. I had a paper filled out by the company with an authorized validators signature and stamp and was instructed to give this to the attendant. She would not accept the Galvez parking garage validation form because the validator did not stamp the ticket. What is the point of a validation form??!! I had no cash so she gives me this red ticket saying I am stealing and if I don't mail the payment within 3 days they will fine me $1000!! ABUSURD!! Save yourself some aggravation and don't give your money to this business. And also have some cash if you plan on getting validated because they most likely will not accept your validation!

Parked for lunch but after realizing the 2 restaurants in the garage were already closed, I left. Garage would not validate me even though I stayed less than 15 minutes.
