Very fast service and price is ok if you stay for short term. Especially if you picking somebody up and want to great then at the gate. They have multiple functioning elevators. Sometimes it is hard to find parking on lower floors. But upstairs is always available and not horrible to get down. Love this parking garage and New Orleans airport always.

Wouldn't allow me to leave the parking lot with my vehicle because I didn't have the credit card I used to get in the lot. Their website clearly states that cash payments are accepted. The manager was ignorant and refused to let me pay with a different card or cash. His response was "sorry, there's nothing I can do to help you" and kept hanging up on me. Do yourself a favor and use park n fly across the street.
