Nola Airport Parking LLC

"Absolutely Terrible! Don't believe the good reviews" On my way out of town on a Friday, I made a reservation online a few days ahead of time. When I got there the lot was almost full. They had to turn away vehicles.... These guys do not seem to honor online reservations on busy days so if you choose these guys during a holiday or busy weekend have a plan B. On the way back home on a Tuesday, I waited almost an hour after calling them to get picked up from the airport. There was group of about 10 of us who had waited for a long time ( it seems Nola Parking has only one small van to pick up arrivals). Once we finally arrived to the Nola Parking lot, each customer in line to pay ran into issues. One person got charged twice, another person was overcharged 20 dollars, a person's keys were lost, the card machine become locked and they didn't have the password, they tried to charge someone tax for every day their car was there... After it was all said and done it took me almost two hours to get my car. I even had to get out of my car after paying to have them open the gate to let me out the lot since they don't pay attention to when people are leaving. Do yourself a favor and do not use this lot!

Apparently not speaking the language of the owner is offensive to him and an inquiry into where your parents are from is necessary to park your car. Not everyone that has a similar skin tone is from one country, absolutely ignorant business owner.

Highly recommend. Used them for parking which is away from airport they delivered us in style to the airport in an Escalade.... plenty of room. A week later they picked me up at 3am at the airport ad my flight arrived, delivered me back to my car waiting and was very quick process with safe, gated, well lit, secured parking. Very nice staff

Super easy and convenient parking! The shuttle is so quick and drops you off at your gate. As a result, it is faster than searching for parking in the airport!

Great price. Quick pick up. Ready to get in and out. Exactly as advertised, nothing not to like.
