At 4am on a Sunday I waited 20 minutes for the shuttle bus driver to arrive. A family who had arrived earlier waited over 35 minutes. The shuttle bus driver had looked at them and then drove off. When I asked the ticket attendant when the shuttle bus driver would return, she said the shuttle bus driver said he was stuck in traffic. There is no traffic on a Sunday at 4am in New Orleans. When the shuttle bus driver finally arrived it took less than 2 minutes to drive to the airport and unload 10 people. Overall, I cannot recommend this business establishment. If you are short on time, avoid this place.

We got in at 2:30am and they were over to pick us up in less than 5 minutes. Also, Gail was extremely helpful and kind with helping me with an issue I was having and she went over and beyond to help me.

After pulling up to the booth, which was blocked by a fire extinguisher, I waited about 5 minutes till they moved it and I could pull a ticket. Got assigned aisle and proceeded waiting 17 minutes for bus. That is after I had walked towards gate and been passes by 2 other busses. I do not recommend this place at all!

Dropped off truck at 5-23 returned 5-28. They charged me for 6 days. Is my math off?
