This GameStop is a hit or miss. The staff can be helpful at times and sometimes not. I bought some used items here and some were not even working like a used PS3 controller. Most of the time they don't check the items that people trade in or sell and just repack them and put them on the shelves to sell. If your trying to get cash for your used goods don't bother coming here your just gonna get low balled and they'll sell it for 3x the price they paid for it. All in all just come here to reserve your copy of a new release and keep it moving.

Customer Sevice is horrendous. Some older bold guy lacks any and all type of customer service experience. I went in to trade some games and I had a 5 credit on my next trade. He was completely clueless and told me it was expired when clearly it wasnt, which he then agreed it wasn't. He then went and proceeded to look up my account and "because the Internet was down" he couldn't so he told me that he can't do anything for me at the moment. Even if this was true which I find to be BS. Atleast be a bit more informative instead of just shrugging people away and telling then to come later and it might be up again. Get rid of this guy, he's a bad face for the company. Won't be stepping into that GameStop anymore...
