The store and staff are the best ,my son is blind and he always send me to make his purchases me not knowing anything about videos but the staff there always helps me and are very patience with me thank you

Very disappointed with my last two visits to this store. My family and I go there a lot, and have spent tons of $$$$ there in the past couple of years. ( for our kids and gifts for others) . While purchasing three items earlier, I asked if my daughter could use the restroom while my son and his friend shopped . I was told no that this was never allowed. To me, this is bad customer service. The staff person , who might have been the boss , has no empathy for small children who are very good customers. This is the second time only thst I have seen this man there and I get the feeling he is the owner . The last time, while in there and he was there, I noticed an item that I wanted to surprise my son with but did not want to purchase right then and there. I asked him if he could hold it for a day. He put it behind the counter but when I was driving away , I noticed the younger guy putting it back On the shelf. This man is just rude.

DJ was great. Store is small but they have a great staff. Very friendly and informative. This store is half hour away from me but I don't want to go anywhere else.

Smallest GameStop I've ever seen but loaded with stuff, like everything. Really cool store, nice variety of games for every system, new and used. The people are great, really nice and they know a lot of the games, I've been to other GameStops that the employees did not know anything about the game, I understand that people don't know every game but if you work in a place like this you need to know at least the general info of the most sold games. Anyway this GameStop rules, the employees know what there talking about and they're really cool, never had a problem to return or exchange games. I've been going there for about a year. Awesome store and I would definitely recommend.
