Video Game 911

I’m very glad I found Videogame911 to help me fix my broken electronic prototype. They were extremely courteous, helpful and quick to fix my electronic prototype. I highly recommend them for anybody that has any type of broken electronics to be fixed.

Great store, they fixed up my busted 3ds that I had given up on. They had it done in a day or two and for a great price. On top of all that they also happen to be super nice, and always keep you up to date. They are most definitely worth your time and your money, so if you need anything from a ps4 to an arcade cabinet fixed, you should definitely try video game 911.

Great communication from these guys. I brought my sons PS3 here to be fixed because it would turn on but had no picture or sound. They did an extensive diagnosis of my system and determined it was not cost effective to repair the unit. They made a generous offer on a replacement system that I agreed to. Highly recommend this Video game repair shop.

I have had Vinny out to my house a couple times over the last couple of years to repair pinball machines and he has been absolutely fantastic every time. He obviously has an incredible knowledge of the machines when you watch him troubleshoot a problem and fix it in no time. I would highly recommend him! Knowing they are there to repair makes owning these older machines far less stressful. I have only used and recommended them for service and just found out today that they sell machines as well.

I needed an Xbox One controller fixed and ended up finding out that these guys are about 15 min away from me. Great service. Good pricing. I had a a slight issue with the repair and they made good on their warranty. Decent turn around time considering the holidays. All around a great experience. Would recommend to anyone with any gaming related hardware issues.
