This Lyons ave branch is horrible. I would never send anyone to the store. The service is horrible. I didn't know if I was purchasing or visiting someone in jail. The with the bad attitude has to go. She chasing all the customers away I'm pretty sure. I'm not sure what her name is but she working right now in the time 3 pm date 4/23/18. Please look into this store if u wanna continue business with me.

Amazing staff-very knowledgeable and not snooty like some GameStop's can be! Great selection if everything and used game prices are on point!
