I frequent this store alot for pokemon cards, yesterday i went in to get some with my girlfriend and the normal lady whos always there politely told us shed be right with us and hang tight. We were in no rush but the other girl working wanted to rudely hop in, start demanding we another customer and i switch counters so she could "get us out faster". Honestly felt like i was a burden although me buying stuff from your store helps produce the labor needed for you to even be on the clock ‍. As she was ringing my stuff up she found it necessary to interrupt my girlfriend and i's conversation to basically call me stupid. As i was leaving i urged her to learn people skills and proceeded to leave the store, again she choose to butt in to my conversation with my girlfriend to tell me im not allowed back, welp the nice guy at corporate told me i can in fact return as i plan on doing. Oh and one last thing... radiant cards are shiny fxcking Pokémon

GameStop Graceland North High Street 7/4 Lady Employee clearly lazy and rude. Was told they had New XBox One. Nasty responds no but says have new system for 500 but would not let me see until paid for. Yeah right. Not paying for pooh until I can at least see box your employee just lost a sale. Have 1,000 to spend your loss.

April was amazing. We traded in a switch lite for a switch and she offered to help us switch everything over. She made the whole experience way easier than if we were to have tried to figure it out at home. Helping us transfer all the data and being patient, even though we had a very inpatient toddler with us. Definitely the best experience that I've had at any gamestop. Truly felt like she went out of her way to help us, even with being the only employee there. Seriously owed kudos! Really appreciate all the help!

I drove to the store to make a purchase and the door is just locked. Sign says they’re open and lights are on, but apparently people just think it’s okay to leave the store when customers need things. I’ve worked retail and that’s definitely something you shouldn’t do. Thankfully there’s a Target next door so I can get what I need. Ridiculous.

Man if I could give this place 100 stars I would, the staff like Dylan and I’m sorry I can’t remember the managers name take the time to discuss any kind of game with me or if I feel like nerding out about dragon ball z stuff and anime they always have an open ear and knowledge to have a conversation with me. I intentionally drive past two or three other game stop locations because I always feel like I’m meeting my friends when I go there. This place is extremely fantastic and the service is through the roof !!

Staff is fantastic. I try to stop in every week or two to see what the deals are and what's going on. staff is always fantastic, even when they're upselling things they know I don't want haha. They have pretty good recommendations when I do need it, though.

I bought two video games from GameStop for my boyfriend when we celebrated our first birthday together. I know absolutely nothing about video games. My gamer friend came with me and between my friend and the two employees working, I was able to pick up the perfect video games. I couldn't have been happier.
