GameStop

It's a nice store with nice employees but I was there for 45 minutes as they went through my games that I brought in to sell. This part was understandable with the amount I brought in. The frustrating part was the company has it's computer system set up to wait until the end to tell me that my account is frozen for too many trades. A: too many trades? They don't want my stuff? B: why wait until the end making me wait to be told no and making the employee go through all that for nothing as the line extends making other customers wait because there was only 1 other employee to help them? This is the second time gamestop has done this to me.

I absolutely love this location!!! I know the Store Manager there, and she's always very nice to me!! She's just fun to talk to, knows what games i'm actually interested in and she frequently uses my name, which sometimes makes me blush sometimes!!! All the other employees are very helpful and nice as well, and this is the place where i plan on pre ordering big AAA games!!!

Staff appeared to be more interested in talking with, what appeared to be, their friends rather then helping someone buy something.
