I took my son in with me this evening after his birthday party. We had gone to the Midvale location first and he walked out of the store crying because he couldn't find any games that were within the restrictions and budget we had given him. When we walked into the second store we met with Christian. Christian had helped my wife the day before pick out some birthday gifts for my twins (one was the son who left crying and was shopping with me) so it was nice when he remembered her in our second visit to the store. Christian was so helpful and patient with my son I was thrilled that he was no longer crying. During our time within the store Christian was at my son's disposal, he basically acted as a personal assistant for him. Needless to say my son walked out with 11 new games, still $27 dollars left and a big smile on his face. He said "He made this my best birthday!" That says it all!! I will never go to another location after the service I received tonight.

Was a great experience, employee went out of his way to get my son when he wanted. will definitely recommend.

Good prices, and a decent store. The employees are very nice. Only downside is that they are out of stock on most of the games I want.

I have never liked this store due to the terrible odor. But, today was the final straw for me. I just walked out of the store after unfortunately having dealt with an employee by the name of Christian. After standing in line for 30 minutes while he worked like a sloth, he then helped someone who wasn't in line. When he finally got around to ringing us up, I asked him why he assisted someone who wasn't in line. He then argued with me saying that he was in line before us, even though that wasn't the case since we were standing right where the store signs indicated the line started. So I dropped it, but when he referred to me as "dude" and got attitude, as well as argued and didn't care about said issue, I took my business else where. Officially done with this disgusting store. 👎👎
