The people their are nice, it depends on the day thought who's working their. One day and theguy that was working there told me I couldn't exchange my gift card for Xbox currency. Then I went in another day and the person that was working their hooked me up. Would of gave 5 stars if I got correct service and someone who knows how to do their job.

Amazing customer service from Alma!!! She was very thorough in explaining the return policy on games and guiding me to a resolution that would meet my needs. They had exactly what I wanted and we're very helpful. I'm very happy with every Game Stop I've been too. This particular Game Stop had an array of choices for what I wanted and I got what I was looking for. I'm very happy!
