THE BEST! Hands down!! Watch Maker and he is a Master at his skill, from 8 years old repairing watches and Rolex Cert!! I hv been using him 8 years!!! He is fair priced, super knowledgeable, he likes to share a his customers and explain things. Mahmoud has a Very good timely matter!! And, it’s not shipped off for months.. usually it’s same day, wether a repair, battery, pins etc.. he and only him touches your watch from beginning to end!! That’s comforting you will be 100% satisfied He is a man of his word to!!

Amazing experience! Took in my handed down grandfathers Rolex to get it fixed after several people told me that it couldn’t be fixed and he did an amazing job! My grandfather passed away a few years ago and it makes me genuinely happy to finally wear it again.

I had a terrible experience with Mahmoud. I took my high end watches Ebel, Raymond Weil, Movado, and Omega to him last year and one of them that he claimed he serviced did not work even after I paid him. I went back to him last week to check why my Omega watch stopped working. He looked at it and told me that I have to replace the spring. I asked him if he had it, and he said yes, and that it is $150. I said I won't pay that much, and that I will take it somewhere else. He told me that he is the cheapest and that others would charge $400 - $600. He said I should sit down while he repairs it. In less than 7 minutes, he told me that he was done. I paid $110 and left. I took the watch to another jeweler who confirmed that my spring was not replaced and that my watch was automatic; that all I had to do was wear it and it will work. I called Mahmoud to ask why he lied, and that I want a refund. He confirmed that he did not replace the spring and refused to refund me. He is a fraud, and I would advice that you don't use his service; but if you must, stay there and watch this ripoff artist.

Took in an automatic Stuhrling watch to have serviced. It works as good or better than the day I purchased it. I would recommend going here to have your watch repaired and/or serviced. Family owned, honest work, what more could you ask for?

I am soooooooo pleased with Mahmoud and his company in Lynnhaven Mall Virginia Beach. I have an expensive Citizen Blue Angels watch that runs off solar power but it still has a special rechargeable solar battery in it. I’m originally from Wichita, KS. And we bought everything at the same Helzberg store in Wichita, KS thousands and thousands of dollars worth of rings, watches, and other jewelry. When my Citizen Blue Angel watch quit working, I took it in to Helzberg to have the time reset. They had it for almost a month. I went in and they said they couldn’t reset the time, that they were going to have to send it in to the factory. Another several weeks go by and they call me and tell me to pick it up. I go there, and they said that Citizen told them that an intricate piece inside the watch broke and it couldn’t be fixed. As I was leaving the mall, I stopped at Mahmoud’s watch kiosk right across from them called Geneva Watch. The guy looked at it real quick, put a new battery in it, reset the time, and I was on my way. I wear it all the time. This particular Lynnhaven Mall Helzberg Diamonds store flat out lied to me and deceived me. I had given them over $700.00 for this watch; and this is the appreciation I got in return. I think they maliciously did this in order to try and sell me a new one. I’m so disappointed with this store, that they have lost my and my wife also business for the rest of my life, and all my kids will no longer buy from them now; and I’ve been telling all my friends here in VB what happened. I will only go to Geneva Watch now to get any repairs or new watches. His selection is very extensive. He is very friendly and VERY knowledgeable on anything dealing with any type of watch.
