We bought my engagement ring and our wedding bands through Long Jewelers, and I cannot speak highly enough of them–especially Victoria Tunis. Victoria is my girl when we come into Long. She was patient as we tried on engagement rings, giving me pros and cons of various styles and diamonds. She was so invested in finding us the perfect rings, and every time we’ve gone in since she recognizes my husband or me immediately and asks for updates. One of the best perks of going with Long is that they offer free cleaning for their jewelry forever. We have already returned for other pieces and will be back!

If I could give 6 stars, I would!! I left in their care an antique wedding ring that belonged to my great grandmother. One of the stones had fallen out and the shank was very thin. I took it in on a Monday, was told it could take 2 to 3 weeks for repair. 3 days later, I got a call that my ring was ready!! It looks amazing!! Everyone is professional and personable. They do amazing work. Thank you, Long Jewelers, for taking care of my irreplaceable heirloom!!

I cannot say enough great things about Gracie and the entire staff at Long! I have been going there for awhile to get stones replaced on my weddings bands and finally was able to get my engagement ring reset. Gracie paid so much attention to the details I gave her on how I wanted the new setting to match my other bands. She worked with the designer on multiple rounds of cars before she passed them on to me for approval. The setting is exactly what I described and I could. It be happier with the results. The Long Jewlers team is the best!

I visited Long Jewelers in June 2022 to see the beautiful Martin Flyer Remount Engagement Ring in person. I had been admiring it online but had to see if it was as gorgeous in real life as it was on the screen. Of course it was, and in fact, it was even more beautiful than I had imagined. I checked out a few other rings that were similar but none could compare. I later told my husband about the ring and to make a long story short, I am wearing the ring as we speak! He gave it to me as a Christmas gift 2023 and I was surprised and elated. I couldn’t thank Victoria enough for her time, energy and guidance in making the process of getting this beautiful ring a reality. Everytime I look down at it, I wiggle my finger to look at the shine and glisten. I couldn't be happier with this ring. And I couldn't thank her enough for the role she played in getting it to me. Victoria made me feel comfortable and treated me like I was worth her time. Even my husband commented on this very thing. I couldn't thank Victoria enough for helping us see this through, from soup to nuts.

The entire process of finding and ordering our engagement ring was so easy. Gracie helped us out so much. The price was far better than anywhere else we looked. The ring was also ready almost 2 weeks early. Definitely recommend Long Jewelers.

Great experience. I took a gold necklace to get a pendant and clasp fixed. It was good quality work and a quicker turnaround than estimated. I also had two watches batteries replaced on the spot. The customer service was top notch!
