Despite the Covid 19 restrictions the shopping experience was excellent. The sales person demonstrated patience and knowledge of the products in the store. I did not really know exactly what I wanted however the sales person stayed right with me making suggestions that were very helpful.
Very helpful staff. A beautiful selection of settings and loose diamonds. Prices were reasonable with many options to choose from. They can do zoom appointments or you can still go in store.
From before entering, I was treated very kindly and once inside, the associates I interacted with were extremely helpful, not to mention nice and polite.
Excellent customer service and beautiful jewelry. Ask for Maddie, she was wonderful!!
