Amy was very nice. I came in to have my ring re sized, rushed before the holidays & they surprised me next day. I am impressed with the short wait time.

The staff here has been wonderful to me every time I go in. They are willing to go the extra mile for me and my special orders.

I had an excellent customer service experience with Elvi and Gigi at the Zales in Lynnhaven Mall, they are the best!

Covid safe great service

Marianne was so helpful and kind over the live chat feature. She helped me get some things done and took the extra initiative to see everything through - I can really tell this store takes care of its customers!

I called ahead to see what time they closed, the lady said 6pm. I explained that I was on the way. I got there at 5:20pm and the store was completely locked up. We stood outside while the lady just stared at me.

Place is a joke Manager has no idea what’s she doing..... they need new staff members

Gigi the Store Manager was unprofessional and not polite.  Spend your money else where.
