Pizza is great. The quality of the ingredients comes through. Little bit disappointed in the salad this time, think it just needed way more dressing.
We love giving DDD places a try. We came early, so not crowded. Yes, it's small, cozy up to table next to you, and alot of take out happening. Don't plan on a romantic private setting. The music playing was 70s rock, and the server singing along. We got a kick, but probably not best atmosphere for dining $20.00 meals. We ordered wine n beer and brushetta to start gorgonzola n honey, and pesto n tomatoes delicious. I had Ragu 7 meat..the noodles were thin and fresh, not tough like store bought. I asked for additional red sauce, as I just like red sauce..they brought me a nice bowl on the side. My husband had the beet n sausage cream sauce over pasta. It was FABULOUS. sweet and salty. We drove an hour to check this place out, and will come again!
Absolutely fantastic dining experience! Our server was super friendly and very helpful. The owner was super friendly and made several stops at our table to converse with us. My veal osso buco was the best I've ever had. We will definitely be back!
First time here and I’m stuffed! We started with the bruschetta then had the lasagna with spaghetti and meatballs...all good!
Loved this place. Very casual , and the owner came to our table a talked with us.Food: 5/5
This place is the real deal! Awesome little Italian hole in the wall with pictures of all of the famous people that have been in over the years. Service is excellent, the food is outstanding, and the prices are right! There’s white paper on the tables and I would NOT change a thing! Italian food, like many others, does not have to be served in a fancy way to be amazing. This place isn’t trying to make a statement, they just serve homemade pasta and dishes and the food speaks for itself. Don’t sleep on the Pasta e fagioloi, Suppli di Riso, Barbabietola Rossa, or Bolognese Ragu. The lasagna is also on point! I want to try everything here but I just keep ordering the Ragu. Lol! Oh yes and they have the best tiramisu I’ve ever had and house-made Limoncello.
Good. Not great. I don’t often eat Italian so I look for the wow factor when I eat it. Been here a couple times over the last 15 years and hasn’t changed. Be prepared to wait as it’s a small place. The 7 meat bolognese sauce is ok. Very thin. Risotto balls are good and gooey.
I'll start off with I wanted to love this place but the food and service did not meet up to the hype. First we were the only people in the place and multiple times we had to ask for help. Second asked for an appetizer only to be told they weren't ready for service. Third the food was ok not great not bad just ok. I was not impressed.
We visited this gem for the second time, and it was just as amazing as the first. All the comforts of a home cooked meal. Staff is friendly, like going to your aunt and uncles for dinner.Food: 5/5
