The manager is the most insubordinate manager I’ve ever met. She tells Judy Osbourn all your business. She allows drugs to be sold. She protects those people. She’s a fraud. Biggest warning YOU MAY MOVE IN AND FIND YOU HAVE BEDBUGS. SHE MAKES TOU PAY $600. SHE TRIES TO MAKE NEW TENANTS THINK THEY BROUGHT THEM IN. NO!!!! That place is infested. I never got them thank God. But my immediate neighbor kept them. You have felons living in there which is against the rules. Not s place to raise your child at all. Too many alcoholics and drug addicts. I don’t even give this place a 1 star but I had too to move on. So if you want to deal with a bunch of Crazy nuts in their 50’s. Go ahead. Get an apt. there.
