Absolutely the worst place to live. The property manager is UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. The drugs are ridiculous. Had a woman above me flood my apartment twice ( cause she ran her bath water and nodded out) within a 6 month period and then Southmoor refused to fix my unit. The people across the hall were running a pet rescue and had upwards of ten animals in their apartment making the whole building smelling like an animal shelter. Entire experience was a complete nightmare! Avoid at all costs!!!!

DO NOT MOVE TO SOUTHMOOR! Management is untrained, unprofessional, and just an over all mess. Maintenance does absolutely nothing. The town homes are infested with mold. The people that live there are disgusting, rude, bums that let all their little brats run wild all day.

I have lived in Southmoor for almost 2 years. I have never had any issues. It has been a quiet and safe place to raise my family. I would recommend it to anyone.
