Great place to do business with Joe is very professional and knows exactly what he is talking about when it comes to the auto part you need. I had great experience dealing with Global Auto parts, these guys are hard working honest people Tobin had a great attitude and a life time of experience in customer service and it was just a pleasure to do business with this company. I bought a low mileage engine for a very competitive price and Joe even had it cleaned up for me and dropped off at the repair shop of my choice. I also bought a tailgate for my truck Joe was able to get it in 24 hrs and again had it dropped off for me. I will definitely do business with these guys again, I'm glad to know they are in my back yard they have superior parts and if Joe doesn't have it he can definitely get it fast for you. Thank you Joe and Tobin you have earned my respect and business.

We are a salvage in Minnesota and we tried to purchase a motor the beginning of January and we were told it would be a couple days we were totally fine with that but when it came much later than that i called to get a tracking number from the guy's there and was told they would find it and call me back well couple hrs went by and no call called back and was told the same thing this went on the whole day so i called before they closed and wanted to talk to Joe he wasn't in so called the next morning and Joe answered and told me the motor was not even on a pallet and it would be sent out that day so next day called to get tracking number and was not given it i told him to send me a pic of the motor on the pallet strapped and wrapped he said he would gave so i gave him the number to do so no text called the next day and was given the run around and he said he is going to give the money back because we kept calling. so my boss actually flew to AZ and drove a van back with a motor inside to make our great longtime customer happy so watch what you buy from these guys

I honestly can't speak for anyone's personal experience at this establishment however, each and every time I order with JOE, nothing but the best! This is not just a personal liking of the man's demeanor. They always have what I want, it ships on time, they offer frequent customer benefits, and more. You can't be mad at a simple exchange, money - part. Joe is outstanding and I am sure that the remainder of his colleagues are completely up to par. Great job fellas!
