IAAI. CORPORATE ARE WORST THAN CRIMINALS. DO NOT I REPEAT SIGN UP TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY WILL NOT REFUND MONEY THEY WRONGFULLY CHARGED ME. IT'S 5 MONTHS AND STILL TRYING TO GET A REFUND I HAVE SUBMITTED PAPERWORK OVER 20XS THEY WILL NOT REFUND MONEY NOR SOLVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES LOOK AT BBB...THEY ARE HORRIBLE DISHONEST AND LIARS I'M NOT A COMPLAINER NOR A REVIEW PERSON DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE KIMBERLY SMITH NEEDS TO BE FIRED WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE REP SUPERVISOR WHAT EVER SHE IS EVER...HAD BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AT A TRUCK STOP BATHROOM...COPART IS A BETTER OPTION... THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU LIE TO YOU FALSE ADVERTISE....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED..

I'm not even a customer here, but I never will be after this experience. Westchester, IL IAA is listed as the dealership regarding a vehicle I'm looking to purchase, just trying to get more information on the car's history because there is no information online....on hold an hour and a half later and I'm still waiting to get in contact with someone. Do they even have employees here?

kept transferring me, wouldn't resolve the issue, told geico we bought a vehicle we never bought

bid on a car, won it then was told the seller rejected my bid and i had to pay more, complained to the better business bureau and was told I was refunded my membership fee and banned for life from ever registering again, so I called buyer services and spoke to jacki cygan and she told me basically that I made them look bad by complaining to bbb so i was banned, she didnt want to hear any explanation, no matter the mistakes her company made basically i shouldn't have complained to the bbb, so i was banned for life and that's just it, smh

Dishonest . When they take pictures for online bidders , they take it in a deferent angel to hide the actual damages. I don't know why are they doing this to make more money for the insurance company or to get a higher profit percentage.
