I phoned at 8:30 on a Saturday morning for a broken passenger side window, front, on a 2001 Toyota Sienna.  They didn't have it but could get it by 10:30.  

They had it at 10:30 and I got there at 10:45.  They sent me across the street to a pleasant bakery and the car was done by 11:45.

New glass, window worked, glass vacuumed up - my front seat hadn't looked so good in years.
