• I moved in to my new house and I had 6 windows that had as many problems as it could. Couple of them didn’t open and if you finally managed to open it, you had to use a lot of force to close it. Wood around the frame was rotten and glass was cracked. I called 4 or 5 companies , 1 of the company didn’t show up at all , 3 others told me I need to replace 6 full windows and quoted me over 10,000 dollars. Finally I called Apex, when they came out they told me that they will replace the glass and will do wood restoration and gave me a really good price for it. I called the office they scheduled me really fast, the team of two professional and polite guys worked for 2 full days and managed to keep my house clean. They were clear about the process. They changed glass units instead of full windows, replaced all rotten wood with new one and they even painted in the same color, I did have to provide the paint. They changed 3 mechanisms and my windows now closing and open easily. I’m really glad that I didn’t settled for big company with huge bill, and went with these guys.
