This is the response received when we made a complaint. I have left messages with the company and have yet to receive any call back. What part of the pictures attached are considered the "good gestures" "I am sorry to hear that you did not receive the experience that you had hoped for and that we strive for with each and every install. Unfortunately this was a repair project and not a full replacement. As a result, we had to work with the current conditions of the original installation by your home builder and as it is pointed out in our disclaimers, colors won't always match when you mix new with older materials. Although repairs don't come with a warranty, our team did try to go above and beyond with additional work at no cost to you, as a good gesture. I would give them a 0 star's if i could. Called them out for a quote in December, it's been almost 5 months now and cant even get them to call me back after i have left numerous calls with estimator and now his supervisor. Very poor professionalism with this place. I will never recommend them for anything to anyone ever again.

I called a few days ago to have a cracked rafter in my roof repaired and the girl on the phone said that it wouldn't be a problem and could have a guy come out 2 days later. The morning of the roofer called me to let me know he was on the way and asked what I wanted him to look at. When I told him I had a cracked too rafter he said that they don't do that and that I would have to call a carpenter. What a waste of time. Be sure to ask the girl setting up the appointments if she sure that what you're asking for is indeed something they can do. The positive was that scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. They may want to have a checklist at the receptionist desk so she can quickly determine if that's a service they offer

We had a great experience with M&M! Everyone we worked with was helpful and professional. Our estimator, David was very thorough presenting the company history and the scope of the job. And the installation team was great. It's a pleasure to deal with a Christian company that does quality work.

Had M&M come out and fix a couple of siding issues. They were very polite, but the work is subpar. We have a tough color to match and while they did a great job matching the color, the style of siding is different. It’s not really noticeable unless you are looking for it, but still disappointing since we paid quite a bit of money for only several pieces of siding. The biggest disappointment is the fact that every windy day the one piece of siding on the second story becomes detatched and flops in the wind. They have been out numerous times to fix it, but it keeps happening. It’s been very frustrating for us, and we would not recommend them again.
