Pella Windows and Doors of Oak Brook

I am very satisfied with my new windows and doors and with my Pella sales representative, Obed Perez. Obed has been my sales representative for three Pella Projects: 1] Beginning with my front doors, 2] followed by 14 windows in my two-story home and 3] most recently with 2 doors and 7 windows in my family room. Obed has been very responsive and prompt in checking on my orders, status, installations, and follow-up satisfaction as well as post installation visits by Pella service representatives when I needed help. Obed is an exemplary representative of Pella Windows and doors, and I highly recommend him and Pella to anyone who is seeking a very knowledgeable, experienced, and reliable representative who takes pride in his dependable products. I only want to add that the benefit of Obed's knowledge and experience to me and to his other customers is that he knows how to assess each customer's specific needs; and as a problem-solver, he can suggest and recommend the best custom solutions. He is also very detail-oriented.

Obed Perez was not pushy like other salesmen I've spoken to regarding new windows for the front of the house. He was patient, really knew his product well. I felt he was not just trying to make a sale, but was truly trying to help me determine what was best for my needs. I inquired about a bay window and because of where I wanted it, he suggested that I don't go that route. He said others in the area have had issues with this type if window design and took the time to explain why . He also took the time in calculating a quote unlike others who just threw out a number without any thought . Pella offers a number of payment options which made it easier for me to get what I wanted. Obed walked me through every step if the process and had excellent follow up. I felt confident in him and the Pella windows. After 3 years the windows have served us well, saving money on heating, great look and easy to clean.

We love our Pella windows and doors! What a difference they make. Obed was great throughout the entire process answering all of our questions, offering different options and being available and responsive throughout the entire process. Installation team was great too. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up everything.

We just had our patio door replaced with a Pella sliding glass door that has the blinds between the glass. Excellent experience from start to finish. We began by visiting the showroom so we could see the products in person. Next it was very easy to schedule a Saturday appointment for an in home consultation. Emilie Fosco brought a smile and a step by step video to show us and answered all our questions. She also helped us make final decisions on colors which was very helpful. Installation took a bit under 3 hours. Our installer was Mike. He was awesome; pleasant, knowledgeable and left no trace of a mess behind. Of course our new Pella sliding glass door looks amazing and works great. Pella clearly makes a quality product and takes customer service seriously. The level of professionalism and knowledge is top notch.

We recently moved into an older home that needed new windows throughout. Obed came to our rescue! Obed Perez is a sales rep for Pella and helped us with each phase of our window replacement. He did a wonderful job sheduling each replacement around other construction we had going on around our new home. The installers did a great job, and were courteous and always cleaned up after each window they replaced. We still have a few more Windows that need replacing, and will definitely call Obed when we get to that phase of our remodel. Thank you Obed!!
