All these bad reviews are BOGUS. Staff used gloves while cooking, food was delicious and fast. The man who took my order was nice and even gave me a free 2 liter of soda. This is my go to place for my large family who loves take out.
We have ordered take out from this restaurant several times now. The food tastes great and it's always packaged nicely, which is appreciated. Much better option than some of the other Chinese places nearby.
The food is good here. It is a small restaurant with inside seating. I would recommend that you order your food to go.
The rudest Chinese food service I’ve ever seen; they need a crash course on protocol and service etiquette. The food is tasty but robbed by their service. If you’ve ever ordered from there, get familiar to “that’s it”... it seems to be the only English they know. After writing my reviews, I had to add some more comments agreeing with some other reviews as to how rude and rushed they seem to be. Not only did he not ever answered any of my questions with other than “that’s it”, but he hung up before I ordered other items I wanted. During my first and only visit, I placed a specific ordered and he rang me up for the larger and much more expensive option. I figured things to be different, if ordered over the phone with even worse results. I am not joking and you really do not need the experience.
Right by the house, me and the wife always order from here. The guy who runs it is really cool and was fine with changing a menu item to accommodate dietary needs. Food is always good from here, can't say I've ever had a bad experience with them. Also not expensive at all
Golden China food is good but their customer service at least on the phone is horrible! I placed a large order over the phone and wanted to make sure that my order was correct and the man sucked his teeth and hung up on me. This is not the first time that he has done this and I'm sure it may not be the last time that he does it to someone. I am now on my way to handle the situation and cancel my order if it is not dealt with. I refuse to give my money to idiots that don't know how to deal with customers, especially ones that patronize them on a regular. "You're not the only restaurant sir!" Suggestion: If you practice speaking English a little better, than maybe you don't have to repeat yourself so much or better yet let someone nicer answer the phone. RUDENESS to ME...not tolerated. I will travel the distant for great customer service along with great food.
Just called to order and he couldn't understand me neither could I understand him so he just hung up lol ummm ok I will take my money elsewhere
Friendly, loyal to you once they know you. The food is fresh and well cooked. The owners are willing to accommodate changes to the ingredients if possible. I"'ve never seen anything strange in my food. Extremely clean. We have ordered over 75 times and as for me I trust this place, and for me this is rare.
Owner speaks poor English, but food is tasty.
A little further than I wanted to travel to for egg drop soup. But better than the last place I stopped. Reasonable priced and tasty dishes. Something good, hot and Hearty for the soul on this cold rainy day. Worth the trip ~V.
