Goodyear Auto Service Center

We had to make an emergency stop here on a road trip from Texas to Georgia. The place was clean. They have water and coffee for patrons. My car tire had a bubble forming causing a bad shake at high and low speeds. They were pricer than Walmart and Sam's BUT were able to get us in and out in about 30 minutes...while the other tire places had horrible customer service and said that it'll take hours to change a tire (especially without an appointment). These guys were great. Thank you.

Guys took good care of us. Good communication and fair prices. Job was done honestly and quickly. Work was thorough and haven't had any issues.

This is my second time going there. My family and I are longtime customers of the Goodyear franchise and have always had positive experinces. We are very happy to have a wonderful Goodyear store right here in Covington so close to home. The store is clean with nice amenites. The staff is friendly and anxious to serve. They value their customers and want you to have a positive experince. Their service is fast and efficient. I highly recommed this Goodyear for service on your vehicle.

Came in for brakes and an alignment. The guys were great and so was the service. When I left and got my car up to 70mph the steering wheel was jerking back and forth. Took it back and and they had rotated my tires for free and the balance was off so they balance them for free. They said my rims are a little warped so I might still get some movement in the steering wheel. Good honest service.
