Tire Town Auto Service

Went there for an inspection because the alignment was bad. Came out with air conditioning not blowing cold and won't keep a charge. The company I work for used these guys before so I know they do good work it's just someone is not saying something. I'm catching all the heat because I recommended them. Could be coincidence but one thing's for sure, it went in working and now it's not. I called and couldn't get info. All I was told was they just did an inspection. Of coarse messing up won't be in the paperwork. Now I have to take the blame... thanks guys.

This is the most polite business run establishment I ever been too., and knows how to treat customers. They are excellent and know everything about tires . What a pleasure to work with professionals , Please do business with them. You would not be disappointed.

What a day i was having 3 hours waiting for my insurance roadside assistance had a blowout as i was on my way out of town on the slidell bridge but i made it there an they were so nice an helpful the service amazing an the price was so right . i will gladly travel an hour from where i live to get their service thank you so much.

The people here are typically rude. Joe is one of the few helpful people. They held my car for almost a week for an alignment. They don't answer the phone consistently or offer clear communication. They could really work on their mannerism.

The place looked very clean both on the inside and outside of the building. The people that worked here were smiling and friendly. overall the outside appearance was well maintained. They didn't tell me of the bald tire I had but tried offering me to pay for an alignment. Feel ripped off.
