Horrid wait times. No one ever answers the phone. MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL. Matt is a terrible store manager and not helpful whatsoever. I have been in there a few times over the past few months, reluctantly, and there's always new people so it seems as though this store can't keep any employees. Almost like it's a revolving door of employees in and out. Lindsey is extremely rude and speaks vulgar in front of customers. This entire store needs a makeover, including new management. Will NOT be coming back.

I went in with a nail in my brand new tire and they patched it really quickly! I was very happy with the service and glad I didn't have to get a replacement tire (which is what several other places told me I'd have to do). Sal was very nice at the front and so was the mechanic who fixed my tire (didn't catch his name). Definitely will be going back!

They didn't have all the oil needed to complete my oil change but wouldn't let me leave without an oil change. Sal and the manager went the extra mile to take care of me. I greatly appreciate their extraordinary customer care!

Son brought his car in on Sunday 4/29/18 for an oil change. They told hom they are too busy and cannot do the work. They suggested an appointment, and appointment was made for 4pm for the next day, Monday 4/30. My son arrived at the store 10 minutes before his 4pm appointment. Car was not pulled into the shop for OVER an hour. At 6:12PM I called the shop. After 10 minutes of nobody at service answering the phone, I finally got to Christopher. Christopher advises car is done, I can come pick it up. I advised him my son is there waiting. I wanted Christopher to tell me what the purpose of an appointment when they car is not even pulled into the shop, OVER an hour from the appointment time. Christopher tells me the purpose of an appointment is to order parts, or tires. ITS AN CONVENTIONAL OIL CHANGE! I asked when the car will be done, since its 6:20pm, 2 hours and 20 minutes after the appointment. He stated its done. Keep in mind my son is THERE and sees the car still in the shop, not done. I asked if the car backed out, workorder ready for payment. Christopher said its still in the shop with wheels off. So its not done!!..... smh frusterated, pepboys credit card holder seeking othe opitions! Hers an update - now they are telling him that its too dangerous to drive, absolutely needs a full front brake job. They say this after my phone call, and they only did a complementary brake inspection, which does not include miced rotors. Taking advantage of a 17 year old kid smdh. Now my son is scared to drive the car home. This is wrong on so many levels. I sure hope the work order tech copy have the measurements to support these tactics! This car is regularly serviced at the Metaire location where Dewayne and Chris take good care of us, on all of our vehicles. Im not saying the car does not need brakes, but how does it go from no brake recommendations to needing full front brakes? Wow didnt even top off windshield fluid which is included in an oil change package. 5/13 update: Heard back from Ryan, who didnt really answer anything. He said that you can switch back and forth from synthetic and conventional. He said its a myth that you can not. Smh Wrote thier corporate to explain I was still not satisfied. They esculated to the Area Director and said he will call me within 24 hours. 168 hours later, no call. Do us all a favor, dont bother to call. Your lack of urgency to a customer complaint explains it all. Lost me and my family, and anyone else I know who needs service. Too many competitors to use a lack luster of an organization suchs as Pepboys!

Awesome! The service department Is wonderful! They are very helpful and very knowledgeable!!!! Mr sal helped me and I will definitely be back because of him and his staff!
