This is such a great shop -- the owner and staff are all super friendly and helpful, the selection is amazing great sake and craft beers, and it's always so clean and bright inside! I love this place. Only downside is navigating the parking lot, so I usually just walk!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not spend your money here. The owner is rude and does nothing to fix their mistakes. I returned to the store when I realized one of my items wasn’t in my bag. I realized I had paid for an item I did not receive. When I talked to the owner, he refused to listen. He talked over me loudly with other patrons in the store. He then said I would have to pay for an identical item; instead of giving me the item I never received. Liquor is overpriced and the bottles are dusty/dirty. CHECK OUT MASTER LIQUOR. 0.3 miles away and much better customer service with better prices.

Horrible experience please shop elsewhere!!! I accidentally left an item that I bought which was all of $6 on the counter inside, I called the store as soon as I realized my mistake but they didn’t answer. I went to the store and saw the item was no longer on the counter, so I told a cashier what happened and he was quick to speak over me and say it was my fault for not grabbing it. I understood where he was coming from but he was rude and made no effort to emphasize and I was forced to repurchase the item. I live close to this location so it’s really unfortunate that I was treated so rudely for an issue that most likely would’ve been resolved if they and initially answered the phone. Please go spend your money some where else!

To high and don't take time for the unknown customer who's trying to figure out what they want and price

Surprisingly good selection of beer, wine, and liquor. Their prices are competitive as well. This is not your average corner liquor store. On a recent trip I picked up a six pack of Pilsner Urquell, a bottle of Aperol, and a nice Sauvignon blanc from the Loire Valley. They also have milk, ice and a few mixers. Thankful to have these place in the area.

Prices are way too expensive. Plus the cashier takes your credit card behind the counter, holds it up, look at the screen then swipes your card on your behalf to pay for the items. Theres no way for the customer to swipe their own credit card. This is the 2nd time I've shopped at this store and soon after had fraudulent activity on the credit card I used.Th.s post is for the store in Maryland on Ritchie highway Pasadena

A wonderful and knowledgeable staff. A wide range of products and reasonable prices. I won't shop anywhere else for my spirits.
