Grant-Humphreys Mansion

The venue is stunning! You have this beautiful unique mansion to get the best photos and most romantic feel. We had an intimate ceremony only and I couldn’t have asked for a better venue and John who was our contact was amazing and such a huge help!

Came here for a wedding in September of 2021, I can say that the grounds are a beautiful place and the mansion provides the perfect backdrop for a wedding. Inside the mansion you’re greeted with warm woods of ages past and amenities you wouldn’t expect in an old mansion like a large bathroom to accommodate many people at once. Dinner was outside and very pleasant under a beautiful long pergola. The only thing I wish were better here is the dancing spaces. We moved to the basement level of the mansion for the dancing and it felt crowded with a comparatively low amount of people.

Went to a friend's wedding here. This mansion is stunning and well cared for with a lot of the original features. Gorgeous choice for a wedding or event location. It also has a beautiful terrace where you can take pictures. Rumor is it's haunted... But I didn't see any ghosts lol. Overall I would definitely go back.

We used the mansion for our wedding. John was the lead guy for our day and he nailed everything. The entire place was very straightforward with details and the venue was very pretty. It has amazing outdoor space for mingling/ceremonies and the main room was great for dinner. The upstairs was very nice for the wedding party and the basement is a super cool venue for music. Great location and pricing as well. Definitely check them out!

Unique and pleasant place! Visited for a wedding, added a very vintage atmosphere! Love the patio area for cocktail hour! Downstairs area for dance and separate area for conversation, snacks and gathering. Only thing I dislike is that the seating for dining spanned to different rooms and it was hard to see everything.

It's a beautiful house and grounds. However, I wish the renovations that were done in the last 20 years did not make it look so modern. Almost all of the antique furnishings are gone, modern lighting was installed in the house throughout, and places that must have once been beautiful, like the ballroom, are now very plain and contemporary-looking. Things that made the home really unique, like the indoor bowling alley, were ripped out. The caretakers would do well bring back some of the historic character of the house with antique furnishings, decor, wall coverings, and lighting. This could be done in a tasteful way, while continuing to facilitate events. In the meantime, if you really want to see a beautiful old mansion as it appeared in its heyday, tour the Molly Brown House.

Absolutely gorgeous venue. We attended a family wedding and it was perfect. Staff was efficient, friendly, right on top of everything. Highly recommend for any special occasion. It was truly wonderful!

Absolutely horrible experience on my wedding day. It would be a beautiful place, if it was well maintained. We entered on the day of our wedding and were greeted with a horrific odor and everything in the building was filthy, my mother in law drove to pickup cleaning supplies and became a housekeeper! Unacceptable and they were very unprofessional when this this was brought to their attention by saying " well you should've picked another location ". Decide for yourself but keep this in mind
