I have used Gray products at the last three shops I have worked in. They have excellent quality and whenever you purchase something, they always follow up to make sure you are satisfied with it.

This company has a very poor customer service department.   I sent a jack back for inspection and it took them well over a month to even look at. Once I finally decided to call them they told me it was out of warranty but it really wasn't my fault and told me they would give me a discount on a new Jack. Their products are not as good as they say . If I could give them no stars I would. Please do not buy gray manufactured products
