Not at all impressed and overcharged. Was not called back to quote a higher price than we spoke about prior to my visit - just plain unprofessional. I had ALL paperwork for new client and grooming filled out and ready when I arrived thinking this will be my next vet! I was excited to meet Dr. Gray. I arrived 20 min. prior to check in and waited more than 30 min. I arrived 10 min. prior to the pick up time I was told when I called later in the afternoon and still waited more than an hour and a half. No one checked in or let me know what was going on. I was getting very anxious as my puppy and two dogs had been there since 9am and it was past 6pm when I finally left. My Shepherd's groom was a joke. Her nails were done horrible (cut bluntly and longer than should be - not done properly) and she was still full of hair for $55 (much higher than quoted). My mini aussie was shaved very unevenly especially on the top of her head (not even sure why she touched that part), and my German Shepherd puppy was also charged more than I was quoted. Again no call to let me know it would cost more. All three dogs are brushed every day and groomed every month with no mats and no long nails. When the vet finally came in (and by the way earlier she had walked right through the exam room where we'd been waiting for over an hour and said "oh are you the little turd that was back there?" Not what I wanted to hear from someone working there...thought she was a tech. She did not introduce herself or say a word to me. When she came back in the room about 30 min. later there was no apology for making me wait, no asking me if I had any concerns, did not take my pup's temp, said he needed a fecal test but didn't do one, and she was very rushed, didn't have the time of day for me after making me wait for more an hour and a half, and this is not what I'm looking for in a vet. I even asked why she called my puppy a "turd" and she just brushed it off. In the meantime everyone else that came through the door was in and out in a short period of time. I worked for a vet and understand there are emergencies which I was told there was one in the morning, but why then in the afternoon when I called to ask what time my dogs would be ready was I told an earlier time than 6pm? If you don't have the time of day for me please do not book an appointment for me, overcharge me, and then make me wait for more than an hour and a half. I will drive to any other vet. I also paid over $36 for one puppy shot - really? Super disappointed and won't go back. Wish my dogs and I got the 4 or 5 star treatment here but we did not. I really don't like leaving negative reviews but this was super upsetting.

I was referred here by a friend who had been bringing her animals here for 10+ yrs! I highly recommend bringing your animals here. The hr drive was worth it for me, all questions were answered w detail so I could easily understand. I leave feeling so at peace and grateful vet clinics and staff like this exist.

She saved our 15k service dog Konrade . She is awesome, no nonsense and is the person you want in an emergency or preventive care. Even though she is a little bit further away she is well worth the drive .

I love Dr Gray. She spends time with the owner to make sure you under stand the care of your pets on a personal basis. Thanks Dr Gray!

Dr. Gray is the best! My whole family uses her for their pets, and I've gotten all of my friends to switch to her clinic as well. The staff is very nice and Dr. Grays prices are very very reasonable, unlike most veterinary clinics. She will never try to sell you something that isn't necessary. She has also given out her personal cell phone number in case you have an after hour emergency or question. I've called her a couple of times in the past to find out if I should take my dog to an emergency clinic or if was something that could wait...she will always return your calls and give you advice. You can tell she genuinely cares about your pets and wants to do the best most cost effective treatment possible. I will never take any of my pets anywhere else unless I absolutely positively have to. Even though her clinic isn't close to where I live, I drive an hour to go see her. She truly is the best! You won't regret taking your fur babies to see her ☺ - Emily Francis
