I've been taking my pets to see Dr. James and his staff for years. He is kind and caring. The vet techs and office staff are always friendly and helpful. In 2013, I had to put my dog to sleep as he was very old and his health rapidly deteriorated. It was very emotional and hard. Dr. James was respectful, and his whole staff made me feel supported. They sent me a hand-written card offering condolences. I feel comfortable trusting them with my fur babies!

Friendly, professional group of animal loving humans. They care as much for me & my wife as they do for our three kids, Pepper, Casey & Teddy. This is where these young'uns are taken when they're not feeling well or need a check up. The kids never complain when we take them in. And Teddy? He lives the fact that the place is staffed with human females! He's such a little flirt!

They are VERY professional an willing to do whatever for your pets they treat them as there own... i recommend EVERYONE bring there pets to them

They refused to fill online prescription for heardguard plus, because they sell in the office for much higher price. They also claimed that the online vendor was not reputable. However, the online vendor is also FDA approved, and purchase from the same supplier. Considering how much we pay in vet fees already, it's very unprofessional for this clinic to show bias. It would be the same if a doctor only allow you to buy medication from the office, but not any other pharmacy.

Excellent staff, caring Doctor. Called me after hours to check up on my Chihuahua. Definitely the place for you 4 legged friends
