Great Bay Taxi, LLC

Do not use this service. They are totally unreliable. I called and reserved a taxi for the following morning. When the taxi failed to arrive at the appointed time, I called to ask when my taxi would arrive. They claimed to have no record of my reservation. They said they could get a car there "in about 30 minutes." Not helpful. Use Uber or Lyft. Not this pathetic and unreliable company.

Nice drivers, generally a good service but they lose bookings - has happened to me twice now, where I've booked a taxi to have it not turn up at all.

We called for a lift this morning from our house in Greenland, NH, to the C&J Transport Center at Pease in Portsmouth. The phone booking was cheerful, reassuring, and clear. We booked pick up for 11:30 and he was there by 11:25. The driver was friendly, positive, and helpful. He packed our bags and settled us in a large van with super comfy seats. He and my husband chatted happily all the way to the drop off spot. He unloaded and brought our luggage inside for us so we could get out of the cold wind quickly. We couldn't ask for a better experience and will definitely do this in the future!

Super service and very clean. I was debating between trying uber for the first time, but after some research, I was a little reluctant. So I decided to go with Great Bay Taxi. And I am so glad I did. Bill was my driver. He was very kind, easy and fun to talk with, and a safe reliable driver. I honestly could not have had a better experience. Thank you!!!!
