"I found Flat Rate Car service on Yelp, after reading the reviews I decided to give them a call and see how they work out. So, we have been using Hi5 Cab for over 6 months now, and I can't say enough good things about them. The drivers are always professional and punctual. I just text the owner Frank and set up when I need to be picked up and dropped off and it's super easy -there's always someone there. Perfect 5 star experience always."

I absolutely love this company! I'm a student at Bates college and every time I need to a ride to the Portland Jetport or Boston Logan Airport,they are happy to do so they are always on time the staff is friendly ,and the rates are reasonable! Definitely recommend to students in the Maine area!

As always the driver was friendly and the cars are immaculate. The driver was 15 minutes early, considering we had an early flight , it was nice knowing I would arrive on early. They even emailed me a confirmation the day before. Definitely would recommend their services.

The driver was very nice and the car was clean. The driver was even 10 minutes early and put my luggage up nicely. Since I had such an early flight (5:30am), it was nice knowing I would arrive on schedule without any hassle. Definitely suggest them!

Top Notch Service! My sister and I were stranded in Portsmouth,NH about 40 min drive to Biddeford after our car broke down. By 10pm we couldn't come up with a ride. Id called other cab companies they wouldn't help cuz we didn't have $140. I called this company, and he came immediately, drove 40 mins, without having a credit/debit upfront. Then we were short on the discount he was giving us to be kind. It was a $150 ride! He was compassionate, understanding & kind. After the day we had, it was a really nice ride home in an immaculate, beautiful brand new charger. It was the owner. I will always be a loyal customer!!
