Fantastic work. This cab company saved us a lot time and money during the happy new year night 2011 and 2012. while Others cab companies were ignoring all our calls. We are always count on you. Thanks and happy new year 2013. Peace and love USM and UNE students.

Being From Portland Oregon and Traveling in Portland Maine, I wanted to write about how great my Cab service was when visiting. Port City Cab was Prompt, friendly and took me straight to my final destination. I will use Port City Cab again and recommend there service to anyone in Portland Maine.

Driver over charged me, than on top of that didn't give me even give me the correct change on the over charge.

I felt like I was held up at gun point. I paid the driver the designated charge and some extra. He counted the money several times and signified it was not enough. I told him it was more than the charge, but he repeated that it was not enough. He would not open the car doors for us. My husband got out of the car, but the driver kept insisting on more money. I finally gave him more money and got myself out of the car. The driver never got out of the car. He did not get our bags out. We had to get them ourselves. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a Taxi. There should be a law against such behavior. If a company uses people like this, Do not use this company.
